Ruby red color.The nose is reminiscent of wild berry, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry. We can perceive notes of cloves, pepper, tobacco, licorice.On the palate it shows velvety and well balanced tannins and a final mineral aftertaste.

Ideal with very tasty game dishes, roasts, grills and aged cheeses.Serving temperature: 16-18 ° C.

winemaking

The grapes, harvested by hand, are de-stemmed and crushed. Fermentation follows, at a controlled temperature, with selected yeasts for 10 days in stainless steel tanks, carrying out frequent pumping over to extract the tannins and anthocyanins from the skins. After the “malolactic” process and about 15 months of aging, the wine is bottled. After another two months of rest in the bottle it is ready to be marketed.
