Grapes: Cabernet Franc 100%

Alcohol: 12 % vol.
Hand picked grapes, are then destalked and crushed. Follow the fermentation with selected yeasts for 10 days in stainless steel tanks with frequent replacements to extract tannins and anthocyanius from skins. After the malolactic procees, wine is bottled and it is ready to sell.
Red ruby color with violet hints.
On the nose it recalls green pepper note, sage and plum.
On palate it is pleasant fruity and tannic.
Ideal with wild-game meat with poultry and aged cheeses.
To serve: 16°-18° C.
