Harvest: When grapes reach the phenolic maturity
Alcohol: 12% vol.
The grapes are hand picked, destalked and crushed. Follow the fermentation at controlled temperature with selected yeasts for 10 days in stainless steel tank with frequent replacements to extract tannins and anthocyanins from skins. After the malolactic process, wine is bottled and it is ready to sell.
Red ruby color
Perfume: it recalls note of black undergrowth fruit and spicy notes.
On palate: it has a pleasant tannin and a soft scent.
is ideal with wild-game meat (i.e. venison) and grill.
To serve: 16°-18° C.
