The grapes are hand picked, destalcked and crusched. Follow the fermentation at controller temperature with selected yeast for 10 days in stainless steel tanks with frequent replacement to extract tannins and anthocyanius from skins. After the “malolactic procees”, wine is bottled and it is ready to sell.
Red ruby color.
On the nose you feel red undergrowth fruit and spicy notes. On palate its tannin is pleasant with a soft taste.

It is ideal with wild-game meat (i.e. venison), roast-meet and grill.
