Alcohol: 12% vol.
Hand picked grapes are destalked and crashed. Follow the fermentation with selected yeast for 10 days in stainless steel tank with frequent replacements to extract tannins and the anthocyanins from grapes. After the “malolactic procees”, wine is bottled and it is ready to sell.
Red ruby color with violet highlights.
Perfume: it recalls small red fruits mainly strawberries and a light pomegranate note.
On palate it is soft and fruity.
Perfect with sliced and stewed meat.
To serve: 16°-18° C.
