Once destalked grapes, they undergo to a short cold-maceration. Follow a soft pressing grape to separate the must from the skin. After a static settling of the must, fermentation begins. A second fermentation takes place in pressurized stainless steel tanks. (autoclave)
Soft pink color.
Perfume reminiscent of exotic fruit accompanied by grapefruit and pomegranade notes.
On palate it is fruity, fresh and well balanced.
Versatile! Suitable to different kind of dishes. Excellence like aperitif in combination with sliced cold-cuts.
